Did you know that the sports Stand Up Paddle, works the entire body? Stand Up Paddle, greatly work the centre of gravity of the person practising it, which is great for your back, ligaments and abdominal muscles.
It is fundamental to have a correct posture. Regardless of the level of experience, the person practising the legs and abdomen contracted in order to maintain balance, therefore working the entire body, thus being a complete and aerobic sport.
With a low level of difficulty, this does not mean you can learn from those understanding the sports, as in any physical activity, inexperience generates mistakes.
Group lessons will always have a maximum of 6 people for each instructor. These lessons can either be for beginners of for those who practice the sport on a regular basis who wish to evolve in the sport. The group will always be guided according to the level of knowledge of each participant.

Exclusively thought for those living in the Algarve intending to have SUP as their main physical activity. Fruit of the certification of “Functional Paddling” we offer a training plan not only for the development of SUP, but with the objective of reaching the physical balance you desire.
